My daughter had a 1:00 PM appointment, and our experience was very disappointing. We waited while several patients who arrived after us were called before us. It appeared that Spanish-speaking patients were consistently taken ahead of others, which made us feel uncomfortable and overlooked. The lack of communication and organization was unprofessional. Every patient deserves to be treated fairly and with respect regardless of language or background. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed with how our appointment was handled.

Ever since covid came along it is literally hit or miss with most of these places. Some people you get are nice and friendly, while others no longer think n they have to help you. No clue what that is about.
